Our first commitment is to safety. People are our greatest asset. The safety and well-being of one individual affects many others.
At all times, we will perform our tasks with safety as the highest goal. Our safety guarantee is that, if at any time, the activity of one of our crews raises a question about safety, we will quickly address the situation, notify you and, if the action is warranted, remove that crew immediately.
Our commitment as craftsmen is to perform high quality work. By that, we mean work that adheres closely to the specifications set forth in the pre-job checklist. Quality Control checks will be documented on a regular basis.
If during or at the end of the work, the customer is unsatisfied with any component of the work, APT will complete the work to the customer’s satisfaction at no additional cost to the customer per the original contract.
